1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ibltoto" — refers to the online betting platform accessible via the ibltoto.pro website and the ibltoto mobile app.
• "Member" or "User" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with ibltoto.
• "Platform" — refers to the entire ibltoto ecosystem, including the website, mobile app, payment systems, and all related services.
• "Funds" — refers to the cash or credits stored in your ibltoto account for betting purposes.
• "Rollover" — refers to the minimum wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — stands for Know Your Customer, which is the identity verification process required before a member's first withdrawal is processed.

Any reference to "we", "our platform" or "ibltoto" in this document refers to the ibltoto management and all entities operating under the ibltoto name.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the ibltoto platform, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement in the country or territory where you reside.
• Not residing in a country or territory that specifically prohibits access to online betting platforms.
• Never previously suspended, banned, or removed from ibltoto or any related platform.
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion programme.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active ibltoto account at any one time. Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, another person's name, or false information, constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. ibltoto reserves the right to reject registration applications or close any account found to contain inaccurate or misleading information without prior notice.

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card.
• An active Malaysian mobile number for OTP verification.
• An active, reachable email address.
• Exact date of birth for age verification.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. ibltoto will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

4 Deposits and Payments

Ibltoto accepts deposits via the following payment methods: FPX (all major Malaysian banks), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and local bank transfer. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes.

The bank account or e-wallet used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits made using another person's payment method are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending further investigation.

• Minimum deposit limit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits vary depending on account tier and selected payment method.
• Ibltoto does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• All deposit transactions are protected by SSL 256-bit encryption.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Ibltoto processes withdrawals to local banks and Malaysia e-Wallets within 3 to 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. For first-time withdrawals, the KYC process must be completed beforehand.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-Wallet registered in the name of the ibltoto account holder.
• Withdrawing bonus funds requires the rollover condition to be completed first.
• Ibltoto reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving large withdrawals.
• Pending withdrawal requests exceeding 24 hours will be automatically reprocessed, or you may contact the support team.

In exceptional circumstances such as payment system disruptions or security investigation requirements, withdrawal processing times may take longer than usual. ibltoto will notify affected members if such delays occur.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, rewards, and promotions offered by ibltoto are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer. These conditions include minimum rollover requirements, promotion validity periods, and eligible game categories.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible new member.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to account closure.
• Ibltoto reserves the right to void bonuses awarded in error or as a result of a technical glitch.
• Weekly rebates are calculated based on total valid wagering and credited every Monday.
• Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or transferred.

7 Game Rules

All games offered at ibltoto — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and esports — have their own rules set by the respective game providers. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.

Game results generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final. Any claims of technical error or unfair outcomes must be submitted to the ibltoto support team within 24 hours of the incident.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in technical situations recognised by ibltoto.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical means or in collusion with others will result in immediate account closure.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game and account tier.

8 User Conduct

Ibltoto members are expected to behave responsibly and treat all other users and platform staff with respect. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ibltoto platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to influence game outcomes.
• Player collusion in any table game or poker.
• Use of abusive, threatening, or harassing language in support chat sessions.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system errors for financial gain.
• Spreading false information about ibltoto on social media or other platforms.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Ibltoto reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or attempts at money laundering.
• Failure to provide the required KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities or court orders.

If your account is suspended for valid reasons, you have the right to submit an appeal through the ibltoto support team. Appeals will be reviewed within 5 business days. Funds in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be held pending the completion of an investigation.

10 Liability Limits

Ibltoto provides a betting platform for entertainment purposes. We make no guarantee that use of the platform will result in financial gain. Betting carries the risk of financial loss, and users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

Ibltoto's liability to any member shall not exceed the total funds held in that member's ibltoto account at the time. ibltoto is not liable for any indirect losses, anticipated profit losses, or losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

Ibltoto takes the protection of your personal information seriously. All data you share during registration and use of the platform is stored with full encryption and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except for the following purposes:

• Payment processing by approved payment processors.
• Identity verification by a trusted third-party KYC service provider.
• Compliance with legal requirements or orders from competent authorities.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

Ibltoto reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for changes that materially affect member rights, ibltoto will endeavor to provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect via in-app notification or email.

Continued use of the ibltoto platform after any updated terms take effect constitutes full acceptance of those updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.

The "Updated" date shown at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last modified. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account by contacting the ibltoto support team.
